Journal and Dissertation Supervisor Mentor Eg currently holds a senior faculty position at the Sloan School of Management at MIT and is a research scientist in the Department of Finance at MIT, and he is concurrently a professor of finance at the University of Alberta, a top Canadian institution. His research focuses on corporate finance, organization and labor economics, and corporate management. He is particularly interested in labor market analysis, workforce management, and the impact of senior management talent (e.g., CEOs \ CFOs) on corporate strategy and firm value in corporations, as well as the performance performance and design of talent in corporations, including the optimization of existing KPIs and the change of management models. Sh. Mentor is currently a tenured professor at the Harvard Business School Chair, and was formerly a professor at the Stanford Business School, where he taught a course on entrepreneurial finance. Mentor graduated from Harvard University and holds a Ph.D. from Harvard Business School. Sh. Mentor's research interest focuses on entrepreneurial finance and corporate finance, and he has published more than ten papers in international journals in the direction of venture capital, investment strategy, and asset allocation. |
